Refund Policy

Each payment purchases a Currency Clash vote package of 1, 3, 5, or 10 votes for the selected currency (Euro, Pound, or Dollar). One unit of that currency equals one vote. There is no package discount.

A successful payment also unlocks immediate access to exact live race results and related detailed statistics. That access entitlement is permanent for the purchase (unless the payment is fully refunded, reversed, or disputed). A signed browser session cookie lasts about 30 days and can be restored via email without a further payment.

Partial refunds of a package are not supported: a refund, if granted, applies to the full transaction.

At checkout you must tick a separate unchecked checkbox requesting immediate performance and acknowledging that once the service has been fully performed you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

When payment succeeds, we record the purchased vote package and unlock exact results without delay. In that situation, completed payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been fully performed, to the extent allowed by Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended) and national implementing rules (including the Polish Act on Consumer Rights).

We will provide a refund where required by applicable law or where the purchase was not properly fulfilled, including for example:

• duplicate charges for the same intended purchase;

• unauthorized transactions;

• a technical failure that prevented votes from being recorded;

• failure to provide access to the exact live results after a successful charge;

• an incorrect charge caused by Currency Clash.

Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not limited by this Policy.

We aim to respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Timing depends on Stripe and your payment provider.

When a payment is fully refunded, reversed, or successfully charged back, we may mark the transaction as refunded/disputed, subtract the full purchased vote package from the currency score, deactivate related access tied only to that payment if no other qualifying payment remains, and remove related referral credit where applicable.

Partial refunds of a multi-vote package are not supported.

If you open a dispute with your card issuer, we may provide Stripe and the issuer with evidence of consent, fulfillment, and access delivery. Fraudulent disputes may result in loss of access and referral credits.
