Refund Policy
Immediate performance
Each payment purchases 1, 3, 5, or 10 votes for the selected currency (one unit per vote) and immediate access to the exact live Currency Clash results. Partial refunds are not supported in the MVP.
General rule
Because the vote is recorded and access is provided immediately at the customer’s express request, completed payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been fully performed.
Where refunds still apply
Refunds will nevertheless be provided where required by applicable law, including duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, technical failure preventing the vote from being recorded, failure to provide access to exact live results, or an incorrect charge caused by Currency Clash.
Effect of refunds
When a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the full vote_count from that transaction and any related referral credit may be removed.
