Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Operator
These Terms govern use of Currency Clash at https://www.playcurrencyclash.com (the “Service”), including the apex domain playcurrencyclash.com.
Operator / trader: Ivan Stabronik, conducting business as a sole proprietorship (JDG) in Poland. Address: ul. Lęborska 22/30, 80-387 Gdańsk, Poland. NIP: 5842849170. REGON: 528024820. Contact: stabronik.i@gmail.com, +48 572 569 580.
2. Nature of the service
Currency Clash is a paid entertainment experience and internet experiment. It is a humorous popularity contest between Euro, British Pound, and US Dollar.
Each successful payment purchases a vote package of 1, 3, 5, or 10 votes for one selected currency. One unit of the selected currency equals one vote. There is no discount between packages.
A successful payment also unlocks access to exact live race results and related detailed statistics for the purchasing user. That entitlement is permanent for the purchase (unless the payment is fully refunded, reversed, or disputed). A signed browser session cookie lasts about 30 days and can be restored via a one-time email magic link without paying again. Buying a larger package does not unlock additional product areas beyond what any successful package unlocks.
Currency Clash is not affiliated with governments, central banks, or payment networks.
3. What this is not
Currency Clash is not investing, currency exchange, banking, crypto trading, a donation platform, charity fundraising, gambling, a prize draw, financial advice, or a scientific rating of currency strength. There are no odds, jackpots, payouts, or financial returns.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) and legally able to enter into a distance contract and make the payment in your jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, additional mandatory consumer rights may apply and prevail where required by law.
You must not use the Service if applicable law prohibits paid entertainment purchases of this type.
5. Contract, price, and payment
Before you pay, we show the selected currency, package size (1, 3, 5, or 10 votes), the exact payable amount, and these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
The contract is a distance contract concluded when Stripe Checkout successfully confirms payment for a selected package and currency.
Prices are shown before payment as exact package totals (€ / £ / $ 1, 3, 5, or 10). Amounts are charged in the selected currency via Stripe.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
After payment, we provide confirmation of the purchase (including package size, currency, and that exact results access has been unlocked) via the success page and, where available, Stripe’s receipts.
6. Immediate performance and withdrawal
The Service is designed for immediate performance: upon successful payment, votes are recorded and exact live results are revealed without delay.
Before payment you must actively tick an unchecked consent confirming that you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law (including under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(a) and/or 16(m) as implemented in national law, e.g. the Polish Act on Consumer Rights).
If mandatory law still grants a withdrawal or refund right in your case, that right is not excluded by these Terms.
See also the Refund Policy.
7. Referrals
After a successful payment you may receive a referral link. A referred user’s successful payment may credit the selected currency with that user’s purchased vote package and may credit the referrer with exactly one confirmed recruit for that unique referred supporter.
Referral credits are entertainment metrics only. There is no cash reward in the current product. Fraudulent referral activity may be removed.
8. Acceptable use
You must not abuse payment systems, attempt to circumvent access controls, manipulate votes or referrals through fraud, scrape the Service in a way that harms operations, or misrepresent Currency Clash as a financial product, charity, or gambling offer.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify features, copy, or statistics displays for product, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, additional notice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Currency Clash is provided for entertainment. We are not liable for decisions you make based on race standings or commentary.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited).
11. Complaints
Complaints about the Service or a payment may be sent to stabronik.i@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and for consumers in Poland typically within 14 days where that statutory standard applies. You may also use any out-of-court dispute resolution body available under the law of your country of residence.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence that cannot be waived.
